Go to RESOURCES and click on MARKETING TOOLS.

An online application is available under the EDUCATION menu. In order to be eligible to apply you must complete the Hawaiʻi Destination Specialist training plus corresponding in-depth Island Specialist training for the program in which you'd like to apply.  

Once you submit your application, no further action is required. We will contact you if you are chosen to participate in an upcoming program.

While we do not have any published travel agent discounts on the site, know that if you
find a particular hotel or attraction you are interested in, it is always best to contact that
supplier directly. Many have unpublished discounts for agents, but they all vary by
supplier and availability.

Otherwise, we recently launched a FAMS page on the website which can be found under
the EDUCATION menu, however, you must complete all online certification courses in
order to access the page.

As a travel bureau we do not provide specific referrals, however, there are numerous resources and supplier information online. On our websiste, you can find a list of wholesalers under RESOURCES & WHOLESALER DIRECTORY. You can also find options for activities and attractions for your clients under OUR ISLANDS > ACTIVITIES & ATTRACTIONS as well as accommodations recommendations under OUR ISLANDS > ACCOMMODATIONS.

Our consumer site www.gohawaii.com offers a wealth of information as well. Visit the site, click on PLANNING > PLANNING OVERVIEW, then scroll to the bottom of the page to HAWAIIAN ISLANDS DIRECTORY. At the bottom of this page, you can search for anything that may interest your clients (e.g. accommodations, activities, transportation, etc.).

We've updated the website with links to download the Specialist badges. You can find them by accessing your Student Dashboard: go to EDUCATION > COURSES > and click STUDENT DASHBOARD at the top of the page. You can save the file(s) by right-clicking and selecting "Save image as."
